Introduction
The Cisco VGD 1T3 is a high density voice gateway with up to one Channelized T3 (CT3) of voice over
IP (VoIP) capacity with support for Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Cisco Voice Portal
applications with Media Gateway Control Protocol (MGCP). The Cisco VGD 1T3 Voice Gateway offers
unparalleled capacity in only two rack units (RUs) and provides best-of-class voice and fax services.

Supported Hardware
Cisco IOS Release 12.4(22)T supports the Cisco VGD 1T3 platform.
