• With Supervisor Engine 2, new command to set the boot-up diagnostic level:
diagnostic level [minimal | complete | bypass]
• New command to configure the fabric switching mode:
[no] fabric switching-mode allow {bus-mode | {truncated [{threshold [number]}]}
• New command to make the SFM required for system operation:
[no] fabric required
• PortFast support for trunks.
• With a PFC2 (and DFCs, if present), hardware support for policy-based routing (PBR) route-map
sequences that use the set ip default next-hop keywords.
