To copy the configuration or image data from the system to use when working with Cisco TAC, use the
copy tech-support EXEC command.
copy tech-support {disk filename | tftp {hostname | ip-address} remotefilename}

Usage Guidelines Use the copy tech-support tftp EXEC command to copy technical support information to a TFTP server
or to a SYSFS partition.

disk Copies system information for technical support to disk file.
filename Name of the file to be created on disk.
tftp Copies system information for technical support to a TFTP server.
hostname Hostname of the TFTP server.

remotefilename Remote filename of the system information file to be created on the TFTP
server. Use the complete pathname.
