Caveats
• CSCtz40745
Symptom: A “VSAN down” trap is sent for VSAN 4094 when a trunk port goes down even though
the VSAN is not configured on the trunk.
This symptom might be seen only when a link down occurs on an E, TE, or TF port.
Workaround: Ignore the trap.
• CSCty47599
Symptom: The master key share fails if crypto cluster configuration changes during process.
Workaround: None.
• CSCuf82609
Symptom: After an In-Service Software Upgrade (ISSU) on the Cisco MDS 9222i switch, Cisco
Fabric Services (CFS) merge is initiated.
Condition: This issue only occurs on fabric switches (non-director class switches) that are part of
a very large fabric.
Workaround: None.
More information: This is a known issue with the CompactFlash card.

Symptom: On Cisco MDS 9148 and MDS 9134 switches, an attempt to overwrite a file fails with
the following error:
Permission denied
Condition: This issue occurs if a previous attempt to copy to a file with the same name failed.
Workaround: None.
• CSCuf82609
Symptom: After changing the device alias configuration, the I/O Accelerator (IOA) flows remain
unchanged until the reactivation of the zone set.
Condition: This situation occurs during a device-alias add, delete, or rename operation.
Workaround: None.

Symptom: The interface manager (ifmgr) might crash during an In Service Software Upgrade
(ISSU).
Condition: This situation occurs when you perform a downgrade to Cisco NX-OS 5.2(8c) from a
higher version.
Workaround: This issue is resolved.
