Front Panel Description
The front panel of your Wireless Gateway provides LED status indicators that
indicate how well and at what state your Wireless Gateway is operating. See
Operation of Front Panel Indicators (on page 37), for more information on front
panel LED status indicator functions.
Wireless Gateway
1 POWER—ON, power is applied to the Wireless Gateway. OFF when power is
off to the Wireless Gateway.
2 US/DS—ON, the Wireless Gateway is exchanging data with the cable network.
Blinking indicates the downstream scan is in progress.
3 ONLINE—ON, the Wireless Gateway is registered on the network and fully
operational. OFF indicates the Wireless Gateway has not registered on the
network.
4 2.4 GHz—ON, the wireless access point is operational. Blinking indicates that
data is being transferred over the wireless connection.
