Check and Correct
1 Verify correct connection of the power cord to the cable modem.
2 Verify correct connection of the power cord to an AC electrical outlet.
3 If a wall switch controls the AC electrical outlet, verify that the wall switch is in
the ON position.
4 Verify that the AC electrical outlet is working properly.
5 Replace the power cord.
6 Replace the cable modem.
