Troubleshooting
If you still can’t fix the problem, call Technical Support. Make sure you
have the following information on hand before calling:
Java plug-in version
Maintenance PC username
Maintenance PC IP address
Location of identitydb.obj file on the Maintenance PC
Logs from the Maintenance Port (RTC Shell).
Backup procedure
repeats on its own

Execute timeout.reg or timeout_4.reg
from software CD/

Database backup,
with voice mail
messages

Lack of free
space in the db
partition
Determine the amount of free space in
the db partition and if there is enough
space for voice mail messages.
You can see the free space and required
space by entering commands in the RTC
window:
• dosFsShow “/vmail”
• debugVolInfo = 1
• debugVolInfo = 0
