Note The following table reports the layer rates supported by CTM. The layer rates are used for tasks such as
link and circuit management, PM retrieval, port provisioning, and alarm handling. The Comments
column contains further details on usage. Layer rates numbered 0 to 91 are TMF-defined, and layer rates
numbered 92 and above are CTM-defined.
