Summary The NMS retrieves all EMS and ME alarms and information for existing multilayer subnetworks, MEs,
PTPs, CTPs, SNCs, and protection groups from CTM GateWay/CORBA interfaces.

Preconditions The NMS locates the EmsSessionFactory object and obtains references to EMSMgr_I,
MultiLayerSubnetworkMgr_I, ManagedElementMgr_I, EquipmentInventoryMgr_I,
MaintenanceMgr_I, ProtectionMgr_I, and PerformanceManagementMgr_I interfaces.
Begins When The NMS sends a request to retrieve all of the CTM information.
