Enter the settings as appropriate. See Table 5-5 for a description of the fields.
Step 5 Click Add to add the rule to the rules list. An entry is added showing the values under each column
heading.

Field Description
MIME Type A content item qualifies for acquisition only if its MIME type matches this
MIME type (for example, video/mpeg).
Extension A content item is acquired only if its extension matches this extension.
Time Before Files that were modified before this time qualify for acquisition. Use the
dd-mm-yyyy hh:mm:ss [TMZ] format, where TMZ (the time zone) is
optional. UTC is the default. Alternatively, click the Calendar icon to
choose a date from the calendar and enter a time, and click Apply.
Time After Files that were modified after this time qualify for acquisition. Use the
format dd-mm-yyyy hh:mm:ss [TMZ] format, where TMZ (the time zone)
is optional. UTC is the default. Alternatively, click the Calendar icon to
choose a date from the calendar and enter a time, and click Apply.
Minimum Size Content equal to or larger than this value qualifies for acquisition. Choose
MB, KB, or Bytes as the unit of measure. The range is 0 to 2147483636.
Max Size Content equal to or less than this value qualifies for acquisition. Choose
MB, KB, or Bytes as the unit of measure. The range is 0 to 2147483636.
