VS210-Universal Transmitter
For use with any standard contact or sensor, the Universal Transmitter (SS210), in reduced
size, comes with a case tamper and supports an end-of-line resistor. The High Power Universal
Transmitter (SS250) has up to four times the open-filed range (2 miles) of the standard transmit-
ter. It is ideal for large sites or sites with separate buildings.
Features:
• Can be programmed for check-in transmissions that occur as frequently as every 60
seconds
• Supports a normally open or normally closed input; an onboard reed-switch input; or an
End-Of-Line Resistor used for supervising wires between sensor switch and transmitter
• Frequency hopping, spread spectrum technology which maximizes reliability
• Upon alarm activation, sends redundant messages across a bandwidth that is at least
10MHz wide
