Chapter 5 Generating Historical Reports

Step 3 Click the Format drop-down list, and then choose the format in which you want to save the report.
A series of dialog boxes appear. The specific dialog boxes depend on the format that you chose.
Step 4 Set the desired exporting options and specify the name and location for the export file by enter
information in the dialog boxes that appear.
When you are finished, the system exports the report and displays the Exporting Records dialog box,
which shows the progress of the export operation.
To cancel the export operation at any time, click Cancel Exporting.
