Using Notification Triggers
Currently, only one notification trigger requires configuration: Problem ID QM3002.
This trigger compares data in the Unified CM’s CDR Report (for Unified CM versions 7.x,
8.x) with the Quality Management database. Specifically, it compares the call records
in the Unified CM with the call records in Quality Management. If there is a discrepancy,
notification is sent.
NOTE: The MANA CDR Report (QM3002 notification trigger) does not
support devices that are recorded by Cisco MediaSense. If your site is
a mixed-recording environment where Server Recording or Network
Recording and MediaSense Recording are used together, the CDR
Report will not be accurate since MediaSense devices result in false
positives.
By default, Problem ID QM3002 is disabled. The notification trigger does not have to
be configured unless you enable that problem ID in the list of notification triggers.
