Overview
Introduction
Quality Management (QM) 2.3 is installed in this order:
1. Prepare servers for QM installation
2. Install and configure QM services on each server component
3. Install QM Administrator to configure users, groups, workflows, and other QM
elements
4. Install QM Recording on client PCs
5. Install QM Desktop on appropriate users’ PCs
