This chapter will assist you in understanding how to configure and maintain your Unified WIM and Unified EIM
web servers.
Configuring Internet Information Services
This procedure helps eliminate 503 errors on the web server.
To configure Internet Information Services (IIS) on the web server:
1. On the web server, go to Start menu > Administrative Tools > Internet Information Services (IIS)
Manager.
2. In the navigation tree, go to
Application Pools > DefaultAppPool . Right-click the node and select
Properties.
Open the DefaultAppPool node
3. In the DefaultAppPool Properties window, on the Recycle tab, clear the following options:
 Recycle worker process (in minutes)
