8. Browse to Shared Resource > Services > Email > Dispatcher and verify that the Dispatcher process is
running. If the process is in a stopped state, start the process by clicking the Run button.
Verify that the Dispatcher process is running
9. Browse to Partitions > Partition > Services > Email > Dispatcher and start the Dispatcher instance.
Start the Dispatcher instance
