3. Browse to Shared Resource > Services > Chat > Agent Assignment and verify that the Agent Assignment
process is running. If the process is in a stopped state, start the process by clicking the Run button.

4. Browse to Partitions > Partition > Services > Chat > Agent Assignment and start the Agent Assignment
service instance.
