11. Browse to Partitions > Partition > Services > Listener > Listener. Configure the Listener instance by
providing the primary CTI server IP address and port number, and the secondary CTI server IP address and
port number (optional) in the format, CTI Server IP address: port number. The start the Listener instance.

12. Browse to Shared Resource > Services > EAAS > EAAS and verify that the EAAS process is running. If
the process is in a stopped state, start the process by clicking the Run button.
