Report Details
You can sort the Abandoned Call Detail Activity Report by any of these criteria:
Aborted and Rejected Call Detail Report
The Aborted and Rejected Call Detail Report provides detailed information about
each call that is aborted or rejected by the system. A call is aborted if an exception
occurs in the workflow that is processing a call. A call is rejected if system
resources reach maximum capacity (for example, the maximum number of CTI
ports is reached).
Final Call Priority Priority of the call when it was abandoned, from 1 (lowest) to 10 (highest).
Call Abandon Time Date and time that the call was abandoned.
Average Time to
Abandon
Time to abandon is the duration from the time when the call comes to the system
to the time when the call is abandoned. Average time to abandon is the average
value for all calls abandoned during the report range.

Sort Criterion Result
Call Start Time Displays the report in order of the date and time that the call started.
Call ANI Displays the report in order of the telephone number that the caller is calling
from.
Call Abandon Time Displays the report in order of the date and time that the call was abandoned.
