Reinstalling the Cisco Unified CCX Historical
Reports Client
Note Be sure to exit the client application and the Scheduler on the client computer
before proceeding. For instructions, see the
“Exiting the Cisco Unified CCX
Historical Reports Client” section on page 1-7 and see “The Scheduler” section
on page 5-3.
This procedure assumes that the Cisco Unified CCX Historical Reports Client
installation file (CiscoAppReportsInstall.exe) already exists on your computer.
To reinstall the Cisco Unified CCX Historical Reports client, perform the
following steps on the client computer.
Procedure
Step 1 Run the CiscoAppReportsInstall.exe installation file that you have already saved
to your computer.
A dialog box provides choices to upgrade/reinstall or uninstall the client.
Step 2 To upgrade or reinstall the current version of the client, select the
Upgrade/Reinstall radio button, and click Next.
After the files are copied, the Desktop Shortcut dialog box appears.
Step 3 Click Ye s if you want to create a shortcut for the client on your Windows desktop.
Step 4 Click Finish.
The installation is complete.
