Sort Criterion Result
Call Priority Displays the report in order of the final priority level assigned to each call.
Total Calls Displays the report in order of the number of calls assigned a particular priority
level as their final priority level.
Filter Parameter Result
Call Priority Levels Displays information for the calls assigned the specified priority level as their
final priority level. Priority levels range from 1 (lowest) to 10 (highest).
