The count of tasks that executed a Release node in their routing script in the current

The count of tasks that executed a Release node in their routing script since midnight.

Overview:
Subject Stacked bar graph of the number of tasks in queue within the

ervice level and the number of tasks in queue outside service
level for IPCC and Network Queue.
Purpose To provide information on the number of tasks that have been in
q
ueue within the service level threshold, and the number of tasks
that have been in queue longer than the service level threshold.
This equals the total number of tasks in queue.
Applicable environment ICM and/or IPCC. This report is applicable in ICM only when doing
