IPCC Peripheral Service Reports
DateTime (no label)
The date and time of the selected row's data in MM/DD/YYYY
(month, day, year) and
HH:MM:SS (hour, minute, second) format.
Derived from: Service_Half_Hour.DateTime
Time Zone
The time zone for the date and time. The value is the offset in minutes from Greenwich
Mean Time (GMT). GMT is the time zone at the meridian at Greenwich, England. This
time zone is used as an international standard.

Tasks Out
The number of outbound tasks placed by agents associated
with the service in the half
hour interval.
Derived from: Service_Half_Hour.CallsOutToHalf
*Terminated Other
The number of tasks associated with the service that ended but
were not otherwise
accounted for in the half hour interval.
Derived from: Service_Half_Hour.CallsTerminatedOtherToHalf
Offered
The number of tasks offered to the service in the half hour interval. In real-time data,
a task
is counted as offered as soon as it is assigned to the service.

Peripheral Service Level Offer
The number of offered tasks used in the peripher
al service level calculation for the
half-hour interval. This field is not applicable when ICM is connected to IPCC through
an IPCC Gateway PG.

Incoming
The number of incoming tasks associated with the service in the half hour interval.
