Reports generated from this template show the interval status of call types for the selected time
period.
Note: For Unied ICM, the presence of certain data depends on the use of Enterprise Queuing
and on whether Translation Routing has been implemented.
Views: This report has a grid view and a pie chart view.
Grouping: By call type and then by date and time
Value List: Call Type
