This report shows the current status of the selected agent team(s) and the current agent states
of each agent within the selected agent team(s).
Views: This report has a grid view only.
Query: This report data is built from a Database Query.
Grouping: This report is grouped and sorted by Agent Team Name and then by Supervisor.
