To change the off hours message:
1. Open the
Cisco_Home \eService\templates\chat\ Template_Folder \properties\chat_ Locale .properties
file in a text editor.
2. Locate the property
L10N_OFF_HOURS and change the message to be displayed during off hours.
3. Save the changes.
