Body - Include required field instruction text: Specify if you want to show the required field
instruction with the fields. By default Yes is selected. Select No, if you do not want to show the required
field instruction text.

7. Next, on the Options tab, go to the Abandon section. Set up the text to be displayed when a customer cancels
the chat request before an agent joins the chat session. For callback activities, this message is shown if the
call is not generated by the cut-off time configured in the system. For delayed callback activities, the
abandoned message is not displayed to the customer as the call is generated after a delay.
