Complete these steps to create the JTAPI user account. Application Administration can be found at
http://<ipaddressofCM>/appadmin/.
Create the JTAPI user. (This matches the user created earlier in Add a JTAPI User for CTI
Components. ) From the Main Menu click JTAPI.
