conguration changes are currently disabled in the router registry.
2. Perform the following:
a.
Note: Perform this action rst.
Stop the PG and CTI OS Server (Agent/IVR Controller) services and use the
Add/Remove Programs tool to uninstall CTI OS Release 7.2(1) on the PGs and CTI
OS (Agent/IVR Controller) Servers.
Note: The remaining actions can be performed in any order.
b.
Stop the CTI OS Desktop services and uninstall CTI OS Release 7.2(1) on the CTI
OS desktops using the Add/Remove Programs tool.
c.
Stop the CAD Desktop services and uninstall CAD Release 7.2(1) on the CAD
desktops with the Add/Remove Programs tool.
d.
Stop all remaining Distributor AW/HDS (Administration & Webview Reporting)
and Client AW services and using the Add/Remove Programs tool, uninstall Release
