If a SQL 2000 Server is set with a collation beyond those defined above, ICM Setup and
Logger displays an error message similar to “The SQL collation is not supported”.
To run localized ICM 7.2(1) correctly, customers must select correct SQL collation during
SQL Server 2000 installation. The following table lists the combinations of the localized
platform, SQL collation setting and localized ICM 7.2(1) environments.

Release 7.2(1) Installer
As there are various ICM system configurations, ensure you have the appropriate installers for
your combination of Release 7.2(1) core component software (ICM/IPCC Enterprise, ICM/IPCC
Hosted, System IPCC) and desktop software (CTI OS Server, CTI OS Client, CAD) to match
your specific system.
When launched, the new Release 7.2(1) Installer performs actions such as stopping services,
file installations, the schema upgrade, and any necessary registry modifications. The Installer
also automatically determines if the basic requirements are met to allow the installation to
