Data for contacts, voice, busy, answer
ing machine, and other detects by
the dialer, gathered in half-hour increments
Purpose To show the status of each dialer for the s
elected time period

Default sort order By dialer and then by
date and time.

Data:
Dialer Name
The name of the dialer.
Derived from: Dialer.DialerName
Port Status: In Service FTE
The FTE value of registered dialer ports
during the half hour interval. If this is less than the full
number of ports allocated, then it describes a system issue where ports were offline for some period
of time.
