trkgrp20: All Ports Busy real-time Report
Overview:
Subject A bar graph of the time (in seconds) that all ports were busy since the end
of th
e last half-hour interval.
Purpose To show current amount of activity on IVR ports
Use this report to ensure that your system is performing optimally. You
sh
ould alert your system administrator if you see a consistent pattern of
greater than half-hour all trunk busy conditions. This is an early warning
that more IVR ports are needed to fulfill your queuing requirements.
