Overview:
Subject A table summary of the number of agents in va
rious agent states.
Fields applicable to a
voice domain only are prefixed with an asterisk (*).
Such fields are not applicable for e-mail or web media.
Purpose Provides real-time agent team
information on number of agents assigned
to a team, number of agents logged on, number of agents in different
s
tates, and number of agents available to receive incoming tasks.
