Overview:
Subject A table of all the agents in the selected skill groups showing logout data
for each agent, gathered in half-hour increments
Purpose To show ONL
Y agents who have logged out from the selected skill
group(s) during the selected interval.

Agent Name
The last and first name of the agent.
Derived from: Person.LastName + ’ , ’ + Person.FirstName
Media
The media routing domain from which the agent is logged off.
Derived from: Media_Routing_Domain.EnterpriseName
Agent Enterprise Name
The enterprise name of the agent.
Derived from: Agent.Enterprisename
Skill Group
The name of the skill group to which this agent is associated.
Derived from: Skill_Group.EnterpriseName and Agent
_Skill_Group_Half_Hour.SkillTargetId
