Overview:
Subject A table of all agents on the selected peripheral(s) showing each agent's task
activity, gathered in day increments.
Fields applicable to a voic
e domain only are prefixed with an asterisk (*).
Such fields are not applicable for e-mail or web media.
Note This report displays the same data as the Agtper21 report, except
the data here is broken down by day instead of by half hour.
Purpose To show the daily activity of all the agents connected to the selected
peri
pheral(s) for the selected time period.
