CEM, CMB, CCS, DCA Multi-channel application servers require Windows 2000. They do not support Windows 2003.

RMS Listener Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition

with Service Pack 1 and/or R2

For monitoring ICMs prior to release 5.0(0), RMS Listener server needs to have Microsoft

Windows 2000 Server with Service Pack 4 that supports NetBEUI.
