How to Configure the Content Server to Use an External Windows Media Streaming Server
Configure Windows Media Services
Step 1 Choose Windows Media Services from the Start menu.
Step 2 Choose Manage the Streaming Media Server, select the server name from the panel on the left, and
from the Properties tab select Authorization > WMS Publishing Points ACL Authorization as shown
in Figure 3.

Double click WMS Publishing Points ACL Authorization to bring up the Properties window and click
Add….
