Three Way Conf Serv Enable Three Way Conference Service. Three Way Conference is
required for Attended Transfer.

Secure Call Serv Secure Call Service. If this feature is enabled, a user can make a
secure call by entering an activation code (*18 by default) before
dialing the target number. Then audio traffic in both directions is
encrypted for the duration of the call.

Star codes are set in Vertical Service Activation Codes. To enable
secure calling by default, without requiring a star code, set the
user’s Secure Call Setting to yes. See User 1 and User 2, page 98.
