AlarmTracker Client Introduction
Overview
The AlarmTracker Client application is one subsystem that is part of a larger
system deployed at a Technical Assistance Center (TAC) to provide near real-time
monitoring of the health and status of a large number of remote customer product
systems. The Remote Monitoring Suite, as a whole, is used to provide centralized
global technical monitoring and support for multiple customers and products.
Figure 1-1 provides a block diagram of the major components and data flow.
