Glossary
Application Error
A single-state Alarm Object that is deemed less serious than other types of
Alarm Objects. This usually indicates some kind of configuration error. For
example, in the ICM product, unmapped dialed numbers or routing script errors
are classified as Application Errors. An Application Error generally does not
affect the operational status of the system. An Application Error is indicated by
a dark blue circle with a white X in it.
