On the CCMS Alert tab, specify the following information:

Field Description
Monitoring Tree Element Click Browse to connect to the SAP system and select
the monitoring tree element to auto-populate the fields
on this dialog box.
You can also enter the information in the text fields.
Note Click the Insert Wildcard tool to enter a
wildcard in the field.
Context The CCMS MTE context for the SAP system that will
be monitored by this process. Enter a wildcard (*) to
monitor all servers.
Object name The object in SAP that will be monitored by this
process (for example, the CPU in your host system, the
database, and SAP services, such as background
processing).
Short name Short text that is assigned to the MTE class.
MTE class The MTE class in SAP for the monitoring tree element.
Alert Color CCMS alerts are assigned a color based on the severity
of the alert (Red, Yellow, Green, Unknown).
