This document describes the caveats and limitations for switches in the Cisco MDS 9000 Family. Use
this document in conjunction with documents listed in the “Related Documentation” section on page 48.
Note As of Cisco Fabric Manager Release 4.2(1a), Fabric Manager information will no longer appear in the
Cisco MDS 9000 Family Release Notes for NX-OS releases. Cisco Fabric Manager Release Notes will
include information that is exclusive to Fabric Manager as a management tool for Cisco MDS 9000
Family switches and Cisco Nexus 5000 Series switches. Refer to the following website for Release Notes
