Installing (or Reinstalling) the REX Adapter

Step 9 Restart Cisco Prime Service Catalog.

Step 10 Restart Service Link.

Step 11 Delete all of the contents in the following folders in the Service Catalog Server.

Note Do not delete the actual folders, only the contents within them.
