ICM Process Testing In The Staging Environment

Test Title:
ICM Process Logs
Test Purpose:
Verify that Process Windows on each Server display no errors.
Test Setup:
All ICM Services start in full Duplex Mode
Procedure:
1. Do a visual check of all process windows on each ICM Server.
2. Never close an ICM Process window, as that stops the process. Minimize all windows
after examination.
Expected Results:
1. Process windows on Loggers show zero errors:
• Each Logger is connected to its respective database
• Each Logger is synchronized with its duplex pair
• There are no “waiting for MDS” messages

2. Process windows on CallRouters show zero errors:
• Routers are up and Synchronized
• CCAgent indicates <all>/<all> configured PG’s are in service
• NAM only: each CIC Side is connected to each INCRP Side
• CICM only: each INCRP NIC indicates 2 NICR’s online
• Mdsproc is enabled

3. Process windows on AW’s show zero errors and Updateaw is “waiting for
new work”.

4. Process windows on PG’s show zero errors since PIM’s are disabled at this time.
