Unified ICM/Unified Contact Center Operating Conditions
Except when explicitly specified, the Unified ICM/Unified CC hardware selection described in this section is based on
the following operating conditions. In determining how to size a Unified ICM or Unified CC software
implementation, it is important to consider the factors listed here. While there are additional variables that would
impact system capacity, Cisco has chosen a representative subset and provided a set of values on which the sizing
limitations herein are based.
