Preface
Purpose
This manual describes how to install, configure, and use the Cisco IPCC Gateway feature, which
allows Cisco IPCC Enterprise or Cisco IPCC Express to appear as an ACD to Cisco ICM
software.
Audience
This document is intended for contact center system administrators, supervisors, and managers
who are responsible for deploying the IPCC Gateway software with IPCC Express or ICM/IPCC
Enterprise software.
