Installation Guide

Every enterprise ECC variable must be defined on both sides of the system that sends and
receives the variable data. In a Unified CCX system integrated with Unified ICME through the
IPCC Gateway, the enterprise ECC variable must be defined both in Unified CCX, in Cisco
Desktop Administrator (CDA), and also in Unified ICME (in the Expanded Call Variable List
Tool in ICM Configuration Manager).
Note:
• All ECC variable names must begin with the characters: user.(includes period).
