In the Conguration Manager, open the VRU peripheral. Select the Service Control option.
Information for Trunk Groups associated with VRU ports not in trunk group reports
Symptom:
Data relating to VRU ports does not appear in trunk group reports.
Message:
None
Cause:
This can occur if you have not enabled Service Control reporting and queue reporting for the
VRU peripheral.
Action:
In the Conguration Manager, open the VRU peripheral. Select the Service Control option
and the Queue reporting option.
WebViewExportData does not delete files
WebViewExportData files must be deleted manually
Symptom:
When you run a WebView report and then export it, the following le is generated in the
directory: c:\icm\web\webview\reporting\pub\html\render\WebViewExportData.
Message:
None
Cause:
This le is never purged and the number of les can build up until a signicant portion of the
system disk is utilized. Depending on the design and your requirements, you can delete these
reports or move them to another location.
Action:
If you cannot access the WebView server to delete or remove these reports, you can apply the
following job at 2:05 every M, T, W, Th, F, S, Su: cmd /c/ "del
c:\icm\web\webview\reporting\pub\html\render\WebViewExportData\ExpRep*.*"

WebViewExportData does not delete files
