Enterprise Chat and Email Deployment and Maintenance Guide discusses best practices for maintaining the
Enterprise Chat and Email (ECE) installation. Intended for system and database administrators, this guide will
help administrators to keep the installation in good health and to fine tune it to improve its performance.
This version of the guide is for installations that are integrated with Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise
(Unified CCE) or Packaged CCE (PCCE).
