Configure script selector
7. Click the Dialed Number Mapping tab. Click Add.
8. On the Dialed Number Map Entry window, associate the script selector with a call type.

9. Click OK to save the entry. Then click Save to save the script selector configuration.
Creating Scripts
A routing script determines the path and target object for an activity routed from ECE to Unified CCE. Individual
routing scripts are required for the following activities: inbound email, chat, callback, and delayed callback
